Ok, So ill be the first to admit that i do not have the slighted clue of what I'm suppose to write or talk about... This is all completely new to me but anyways, here goes.....
Its Easter Saturday & I'm currently home alone. Hubby's away with the older kids up the coast with his parents & my princess is with my bestie cake shopping. Me I'm suppose to be house cleaning and while i have got a lot done today, its not the amount i was aiming for (is it ever??) so that's what brings me to right now... Sitting in front of my computer writing this!!
I still have the million ideas of what i want to use this blog for & that might take a while yet but for now I'm going to talk about school holidays... I was completely exhausted by week 11 term 1 & over 9am & 3pm (as I'm sure every other mother was as well), i was looking forward to lazy home days and happy little out days weather it be to a cafe for pancakes or the park for a play, even the movies or Playland!! What i wasn't ready for was the little monster school had turned my princess into... 6-6.30am EVERY MORNING, Mummy where are we going and what are we doing???
HEAVEN FORBID IF I SAID NOTHING!!!!!!!
I had organised before hand a few days of vacation care for a break and my princess some "friends time"... little did i no it would become her favourite event over the holidays and my very saviour!!
This would seem much clearer when you listen to the story of a conversation i had with my princess about what school holidays were:
She came up and i had mentioned it being the last week of school before school holidays, she got totally excited and couldn't wait, "where will we all be going mummy??' she asked, I said we may go a few places with a few people. She looked at me with anger and said your not coming!! I asked her where wasn't i going... she said its school holidays mummy, only me, my teacher and my friends will be going!!
Bwhahahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!
Well anyways, my bestie & princess are home now so ill stop babbling!!
